Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Confirmation
A reservation remains on hold for a limited time. Booking is confirmed only after successful payment of the required advance through our payment gateway.
2. Advance Amount
To confirm a booking, you must pay an advance through our payment gateway. Where no platform discount applies to the hall, the advance is equal to 5% of the total booking amount. Where a limited-time platform discount applies to the hall, the advance amount is calculated accordingly—the applicable discount is applied to your booking, and the advance percentage and amount shown at checkout reflect that discount.
The remaining balance after the advance (and any platform discount, where applicable) is payable directly to the venue management, not through this platform. That balance must be settled according to the payment terms specified by the relevant hall.
3. Refund Policy for Advance
If your payment is successful and your booking is confirmed, the advance paid through the platform is non-refundable if you cancel the booking afterward. Further detail is set out in our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through SafePay. A booking is only treated as paid and confirmed after successful payment authorization and verification.
5. Contact and Complaints
For booking support, complaints, or payment concerns, please contact the hall administration using the contact details provided on this website.
6. Nature of the platform
We operate Apna Shadi Hall as an online platform that allows verified marriage hall owners to register and present their halls so that customers can explore those halls for their events. We are not the owners or operators of the marriage halls listed on the platform. Listings, availability, pricing shown on the platform, and the performance of services at the venue are the responsibility of the relevant hall and its management. Your contractual relationship for the event itself is with the hall unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
7. Hall owner accounts and verification
For user safety and to reduce fraudulent listings, hall owner accounts are not created through open self-registration. Our representative visits the hall premises to verify that the venue exists and that onboarding requirements are met. After verification, we create an account for the hall management and provide access credentials to authorised representatives, who may then register and manage their hall listing(s) on the platform. Misrepresentation of a venue, impersonation, or abuse of an issued account may result in suspension or termination of access and other remedies available to us under law or contract.
8. Customer accounts
Customers may create their own accounts through the platform in order to explore halls and make bookings in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information (including in connection with verification visits and payments). By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have been directed to that policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or relating to the use of this website, bookings, or payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Attock, Punjab, Pakistan.
